  1. The everyday edit has got to me! So for the ingredient list on the “Nut Cheese” portion, I put the “Cheese Sauce” recipe up instead! Eeek! The recipes are all correct in the original videos, which I have linked in the description box, but here’s the recipe for the Nut Cheese down below 🙂

    Vegan Nut Cheese
    (Makes 4-5 ramekins) from EssentialVegan

1 + 3/4 cups unsweetened soya milk (or non-dairy milk)
    1/2 cup vegetable oil
    2 tablespoons + 2 teaspoons agar powder ()
1/2 cup cashew nut, soak overnight
    1/4 cup nutritional yeast ()
    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 teaspoon salt
    Handful of thyme
    2 tablespoons white miso ()
    1 tablespoon lemon juice

  2. Do you know if you can use aqua gaba intead of milk? Blending it would lend creaminess from the emulsion, even some viscosity. Maybe (?)

  3. -Can i mix agar agar and tapioca starch in the same cheese?
    (I want to make raw cashew-cheese with lemon’juice, salt, agar-agar and tapioca-starch.)

-Can agar-agar and tapioca-starch be eaten raw or do i need to heat treat them somehow?

  4. Love all of your content! If you ever need an idea, may I suggest sweet potatoes? I found some Chinese recipes with sweet potato plus glutinous rice flour making some sort of breakfast patties?
Also, I am always on the lookout for something low-fat, healthy and satiating that can be made the day before and enjoyed cold at school/work (lunchbox). Those poor kids don’t have access to a microwave where we live.

    1. Thank you so much! And yes yes, I love suggestions! I’m not sure what you mean by the breakfast patties so feel free to send me a link. I do have some really easy sweet potato flatbreads you might like too😊 Thanks again and really glad you’re enjoying the channel. (I never had a microwave at school growing up, but if you compare Japanese or Korean or Singaporean school lunches to those say in the states, it’s night and day.)

    1. I’m so glad!!! I have so many friends that found out later in life that they were actually allergic to lactose…many doctor’s visits later, so glad I could help😊
