PIZZA DOUGH INGREDIENTS:
-200g wholemeal bread flour (or whole wheat flour, bread flour, white flour, spelt flour)
-1 tsp baking powder
-mix together the dry ingredients, then gradually add in the water whilst stirring.
-once it begins forming the dough ball, you can get in there with your hands and roll it and knead it.
-set it aside while you chop up your veggie toppings.
-now place it onto your baking tray lined with parchment paper, and use a rolling pin OR your hands (if you’re funky like me).
-then top it off with some tomato paste, smooth it out nicely. and all your veggies.
-pop it into your oven at 200C for 15-20 minutes.
