  2. I’ve been transitioning to being vegan for the past couple months and I’ve lost 2 kilos, I have so much more energy (which I thought everyone was lying or exaggerating about, but it’s true!) I’m not all the way there yet, I still eat fish now and then and my family has pet chickens so I’m still eating eggs too(but only at home where I know my chickens have lots of love and freedom), but cutting out meat and dairy is so good.

    It’s made me eat so much healthier too! I didn’t realise how much salt and saturated fat was in my diet before, now I’m making so much more of my own food and eating heaps of fruit and veggies and beans (they are so versatile and delicious). I have to say that this channel was a big part of my decision to transition to being vegan and in staying motivated. I love your recipes and all your tips and tricks. Thank you so much

  4. I haven’t eaten chicken or meat in over 10 years. But I still eat fish every once in awhile. It’s the hardest thing to give up completely 😭

  5. I did go full vegan pretty much overnight, almost two years ago. I was vegetarian for 23 years before that, and eventually became dairy intolerant, so really just cutting out eggs was the turning point for me. But your amazing advice & support in your videos have been a big part of my journey, you are so awesome, thank you for everything you do!!
