I am back today with my third cooking video! I teamed up again today with fellow weight-loss champ Justin Weber to bring you this SUPER easy and delicious low calorie recipe. We are back today making a spin on an indulgent dessert! Today we’re making gluten free edible vegan cookie dough! This is not only yummy but packed with protein! Justin and I have lost a WHOPPING 400 + pounds when you combine our weight-loss numbers together! Justin and I met online after we were both featured in the Kenosha Newspaper for our significant weight-loss. Justin has lost a total of 175 pounds by changing his eating habits and incorporating exercise. He has an instagram where he shows off his cooking skills and shares low calorie vegetarian and vegan recipes.

Recipe for edible vegan cookie dough
1 cup peeled chickpeas
1/3 cup peanut butter (natural is best)
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
2 tbl maple syrup or other sweetener
2 tbl carob chips or chocolate chips
Sprinkle of flaked sea salt
