Pumpkin Coffee Cake With Sweet Caramel (Vegan)

Dry Ingredients
2 1/2 Cup Oat Flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp Himalayan salt
1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Wet ingredients
1 cup almond milk
1 cup pumpkin puree
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 flex eggs
optional 1 tbsp melted butter
Preheat oven 375
mix everything together place in oven for 20-25 minutes (I baked mine for 25 minutes)

Frosting
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 tsp almond milk
1 tsp melted coconut oil
mix together
