A quick and healthier alternative to regular cookies.
smooth unsweetened peanut butter - 1 cup (270 gr)
Jerusalem artichoke syrup* - 1/2 cup
whole wheat flour** - 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp (75 gr)
baking powder (optional)*** - 1/2 tsp
dark chocolate chips (optional) - 2 tbsp (20 gr)
* you can use any other liquid
These chewy chocolate chip cookies are so easy and simple to make. Despite being vegan and gluten-free, they require no egg substitute or gluten-free flour. It is simply ground almonds, coconut oil, and maple syrup!
