Today I thought I would do something a little different. I love food, so I thought I would share that with you guys. This recipe is gluten-free, vegan, paleo, and nut free optional, so it is perfect for everyone.
I am no MasterChef, but I think that this recipe is the best thing I have ever made, and I have had A TON of disasters in the kitchen. Anyways, If you try this recipe and enjoy it, please let me know in the comments!

1 cup oat flour
1/4 cup Almond or Tapioca flour (for nut allergies)
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 cup (10-12) soaked Medjool dates
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 sliced apple *optional, to top
