Today I have for you guys a simple delicious microwave cake in a cup! A vegan chocolate and peanut butter mug cake! Great for the lazy cook who still loves to indulge!

2 Tbs flour
2 tsp cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 Tbs sugar or sweetener of your choice
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 Tbs peanut butter
3 Tbs non dairy milk

  1. I just made this but I only had chunky peanut butter. And it took 1 min 25 in my microwave (For others reading this). Next time I would add more coco powder and sugar

    1. The good thing about recipes like this is you can alter any element of ingredients to suit your taste buds 😜. Am also curious- what wattage is your microwave?
