Vegan No Bake Cookie Recipe

Who needs fancy editing, music and fonts right? This is Washington State, even our YouTube recipe videos are grunge.

Here is the recipe:

1 and 3/4 Cup of Sugar (Get that good stuff, get that bad junk stuff if you’re feeling like a badass. You do you ok?)

1/2 of Almond Milk (unless you’re allergic to Almonds. Then use Coconut, Soy, Cashew, etc. We don’t need to bring out the epi-pen ok?)

1/2 Cup of Earth Balance Buttery Sticks (Be a rebel, just throw the whole freaking stick in)

4 Tablespoons of Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (If you have someone with you in the kitchen, throw it in their face and let me know what happens)

1/2 Cup of Crunchy Peanut Butter (because if you choose smooth, what the eff is wrong with you?)

3 Cups of Rolled Oats (Word from the wise, just go to the grocery store, stealing from the stable down the street is not worth the hassle)

First you’re gonna mix the sugar, the almond milk, the buttery stick and the cocoa. You’re gonna bring all that jazz to a boil and then take it off the burner and dunk in the good stuff aka the peanut butter and the oats. Mix that stuff together real good. Don’t do it apathetically. Either love that food so much that you’re lovingly mixing it together or get angry enough to whip it into a frenzy. THERE IS NO IN BETWEEN!

Then put those cookies on a baking sheet or if you’re a millennial and barely making it through this world under the thumb of the 1%, find various plates, cardboard boxes, bowls, etc. and do it that way. I mean, you can just put one giant one on a plate if you want, it’s your choice. Improvise. You are in control of your own destiny. Namaste.
